As the year of the mountain approaches in 2002, the Missouri Geographic Alliance has already begun preparing teaching materials and preparing teachers. A week-long training session in the mountains of West Virginia initiated a group of Missouri teachers who will produce and share innovative lesson plans on this site. Check back frequently for new materials and lesson plans.
